Evidence-Based Therapy for Obsessive-Compulsive & Related Disorders (OCRDs) and Anxiety Disorders

Even a moment caught in obsessive worry can feel like too much. The good news is that with specialized care, OCD is one of the most treatable mental health conditions that exists. With the right tools and support, lasting freedom from OCD and related disorders is within reach.

About Ann-Margaret

I’m Ann-Margaret, a psychotherapist deeply dedicated to helping people who struggle with OCD, related disorders, and anxiety disorders. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, and adults using primarily exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based therapy. I custom-tailor treatment to the individual, incorporating additional therapeutic modalities as needed, including cognitive therapy and, specifically, inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy (I-CBT). I completed my associate hours at The Gateway Institute in Costa Mesa, California, from 2023 to 2025, where I primarily conducted three-week Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) for those with moderate-to-severe OCD in addition to maintaining a small weekly caseload.

I am currently on maternity leave but am happy to provide resources and referrals if you would like to reach out and connect. I also have a wait list for when I return to work.
